Sunday 3rd November:
the olives were still on the trees.
The harvest started on the 4th November, in the morning.
A few hours after, the olives reached the mill “Frantoio” to be cold-pressed.
Then, the oil was been bottled directly from the press, like a proper fruit juice.
The bottles have been labeled, put in our boxes, ready to be dispatched.
All on the same day!
Wednesday 13th morning our courier collected your “gold juice” from our supplier.
On Thursday, 14th it arrived in Ireland!
We started deliveries around Monday 18th November!
